When I made this recipe I cut the recipe in half to make enough for 4 chicken breasts for wraps. I made a few more minor changes to the recipe. I didn't use grated lemon rind as I was out of lemons. I cut way back on the oregano and dry mustard. Next time I will cut way back on the cayenne as it was a bit on the spicy side! Also I didn't add any wet ingredients just used the dry. a good northwest recipe!

These are a flat, chewy chocolate cookie with a pool or gooey peanut butter marbled in the middle! Yield is a guess..sorry!

So the health factor kinda went downhill with these when the husband asked for chocolate chips in his, but sans chocolate these are healthy pancakes that taste great and fill you up. We enjoyed them for dinner. Thanks, Ellie Krieger!

A Korean favorite, this was prepared for us by a Korean visitor and we just HAD to get the recipe.

My family loves my rendition of Jessica Seinfeld's sloppy joes. They arelower in Weight Watcher points too (4 points for one serving of the sloppy joe mix and another 3 for the bun)...which is good for me.

I had some leftovers in my fridge and needed to make a quick, nutritious lunch for my son who was not feeling well. I managed to get enough mileage from these ingredients for a family of four to eat lunch off of..woohoo! It was very yummy, soothing, healthful, economical, and low in Weight Watcher points (2 points per serving to be exact, 10 points for the whole pot)..double yay!

Frozen meatballs (Ikea), canned soup, and misc. things in the kitchen. Didn't have sour cream so used cottage cheese. It was quick and ugly, but the kids loved it served over egg noodles.

This is a very easy Albanian recipe that my Mom use to make for us often. It brings back memories from my childhood in Albania.
