Garlic Prawns cooked in the oven (or can be cooked a top a B.B.Q.) Serve these with thick crusty bread and dip the bread in the sauce. Serving size will depend on the amount of prawns you get.

Smoked haddock, leek, and saffron bake

I have put this together after experimenting with several ways to achieve what I wanted. It makes a wonderful herb crunch on the fish and could be used on other types of fish as well.

Having moved away from drinking beer. I found that my small bottles of Cider make for a great tasting crispy batter. A real treat on white fish.

Serve with toast points, assorted crackers, and chips or cut up vegetables.

Want to make your normal boring tuna sandwich into something delicious and healthy? I added a little lemon and pepper seasoning when I made this, and I doubled the amount of beans and used 1/4 of the oil the recipe called for. This is a definite make again recipe. If you don't want a tuna melt, just stuff the filling between two slices of bread or a pita or bun with lettuce and tomato and ditch the cheese. Recipe courtesy of Spilling the Beans.

A recipe from a national supermakets Christmas magazine. You can use store bought Lime Aioli Seafood Dipping Sauce (which the recipe called for) for they also gave a tip for making your own so have put that in the recipe and added a little extra time to the prep. There is no cooking involved. These tartlets are very small, one or two delicate bites.

I saw this recipe being made on the Alive and Cooking Television Show. I have not made this yet, but am posting here so I can make it during the winter months. It looks so easy to make.

how easy can it be to throw a bunch of stuff in a lunch bag and bake? From gilligan's steamer and raw bar Charleston SC restaurants YOU WILL NEED- 4 brown paper lunch bags I realize 4 cups sounds like way to much and I agree, but I am posting this as written in the book I got it from, feel free to use much less! I think 1 stick per bag is plenty. (margarine is mostly water anyway)
